I wish there was a way to not make that so trigger happy. Just the vaguest weight of my finger clicks it many times a day and it's a productivity killer. The other thing I don't like about the mouse is how sensitive (weak) the right-click button is. It works with the fob stuck into the Apple Wired keyboard, so I've learned to live with that, but it's not why I bought the mouse. I'm sure there are many more people with this issue, and I spent 20 years in tech support and couldn't solve it.

Other things seem to connect just fine with BT on this Mac Mini and it sees my Apple Airbuds and a Samsung TV speaker nearby.ĭo these mice just not connect via BT on a Mac?. it just bugs me that I bought it specifically to work with Bluetooth without the fob and can't get it to work. If it will work fine with the USB fob plugged into a keyboard port, I could probably live with it. We got it running using the USB fob on my Apple Keyboard, but it only seems to work on setting '3' and I can't seem to get it to repair on setting '1.' My OCD is triggered.what can I say. The Triathlon M720 feels best in my hand and that's the one I want to keep if we can get it running. I have the MX Triathlon M720 and the MX Anywhere 2S. Ran the firmware update and even turned off 'handoff,' which I don't really want to do permanently. I've gone through the whole reset Bluetooth steps that Logitech suggests here to no avail: Both are seen instantly in the Mac's Bluetooth preference pane and both will say 'connected' or 'connecting,' but neither will ever connect and take over the pointer. I ordered 2 different Logitech mice to try out with my late 2014 Mac mini running the latest version of High Sierra.
